Additional charges
Weekend visits: £20 additional service fee.
Travel: no extra surcharge for the first 10 miles from Slough. Beyond 10 miles, add £2 per additional mile. Contact us to confirm your distance and total before booking.

What do I need for my appointment?
Have your test request and any provider-supplied kit ready. Follow the preparation instructions from your clinician or laboratory.
Are laboratory tests included in the visit fee?
No. The listed visit fees cover home attendance and sample collection. Laboratory testing is separate unless your quoted package specifically includes it.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a 100% refund. For shorter notice or changes, contact us to discuss your booking. Read the policy.
When will I receive my results?
This depends on your test and laboratory. Please check the expected timing and how results are delivered with your test provider.
