Private blood test collection
Arrange a home visit for sample collection using your private provider’s test kit, including Medichecks and Randox. Have your kit and request details ready. Check collection and delivery requirements with us before booking.
GP-requested blood tests
We offer home sample collection for NHS GP-requested blood tests. Please have your request form ready and contact us to confirm that we can collect and deliver your requested samples. A home visit and collection fee applies.
Health packages
Explore the available health packages or contact us about collection for a test requested by your clinician. Laboratory testing costs are separate from the home collection fee unless specifically included in your quoted package.

Visit fees
Home collection fees range from £40 to £70 depending on appointment time. Weekend appointments have a £20 additional service fee. There is no travel surcharge for the first 10 miles from Slough. Beyond 10 miles, add £2 per additional mile. Contact us to confirm your distance and total.

- Confirm your postcode, test requirements and total fee with us if you are unsure.
Result timings and how you receive results depend on the test and laboratory. Check these with your test provider.
